I am licensed therapist and current PhD student with a research focus on self-worth and the "Good Girl" archetype. I am a self-proclaimed "Good Girl" who saw her life change after building an intentional relationship with her inner child.
Now I'm sharing that framework with you! My coaching program is designed to reach across state lines to connect with individuals who are specifically looking to build a better relationship with their Good Girl inner child and increase their self worth.
This model follows my Good Girl healing framework. Each week at your chosen time we will focus on the following areas:
Week One: Childhood Exploration
Week Two: Introduction to Your Inner Child
Week 3: Individual Session & Group Session!: Processing Childhood & the Inner Child
Week 4: Reparenting
Week 5: All Things Self-Worth
Individuals will leave this experience having a better understanding of themselves and their inner child, their triggers, how to reparent themselves, and an increased self-worth.
The five weeks include 5 weekly one-on-one sessions and one group session (because we love community building!), homework to be completed, relevant materials, and priority scheduling for one-on-one coaching sessions moving forward.
This model incorporates the key principles of the Good Girl framework (inner child, reparenting, childhood experiences, and self-worth) into sessions. Clients are able to schedule sessions as needed. Clients are provided guidance as they integrate the principles into their current stressor or challenge.
As I am also a licensed therapist, it is my ethical responsibility to ensure that I am not engaging in dual relationships with my clients. I cannot be your inner child coach and your therapist. Once I have been your coach, I will provide you with a referral if you are looking to begin therapy. If you have been a therapy client and would like to engage in coaching- that is appropriate. However the therapy relationship would be terminated.
If you are looking for a long term therapy relationship and are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns coaching is not the right fit for you.
